Holistic AYM, an extension of Holistic Health Centre, invites you to a two day seminar dedicated to ‘Ayurveda: the Art of Being’.
To be conducted by: Vaidya Asvin Barot – B.S.A.M. (India) and Dr Nikolaos G. Kostopoulos – M.D. Athens – M.F.Hom UK
Dates: Saturday, 7th and Sunday, 8th of October, 2023
Schedule: 07.30 – 10.00 Yoga session and 14.30 – 18.30 Lecture
Subjects to be discussed:
- The concepts of Prakruti and Vikruti for mind and body
- Guiding the mind towards Sattva
- Yoga and Meditation for stress management

Admission is free of charge. As places are limited, early registration is advisable.

We work on the assumption that participants are in good health. If this is not the case, we ask you to have permission from your doctor in order to take part in the yoga sessions.
