Holistic AYM, an extension of the Holistic Health Centre, invites you to a two day seminar.
The subject of the seminar will be: ‘Reconnecting with our inner balance through Ayurveda, Yoga and Meditation’.

Schedule: 07.30 – 10.00, Yoga practice and 14.30 – 18.30, discussion
